  • Risk passes to you when products are delivered to the shipping address you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure deliveries are accepted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta in relation to any dispute arising under or connected with these Terms.
